August 18, 2003 – NICOSIA, CYPRUS - Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd., which provides high quality custom made solutions and services to the industry worldwide, from their offices in Cyprus, Greece, Middle East, U.K. and Russia, announced today the establishment of an operational facility in Pune, India. The company has been registered under Hyperion Systems Engineering (India) Private Limited.

This project execution center supports the expansion plans and needs of Hyperion globally. The center has 14 chemical engineers and one office administrator. Hyperion in India focuses primarily on providing software services for dynamic training simulators for the oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical sectors. The engineers in Pune are being trained on the newest and most technologically advanced software tools in the process industries, achieving the necessary skills to provide high-level software services and consultancy. Engineers will travel to customer sites worldwide, interacting with customers. “This new operational facility strengthens Hyperion’s position in Asia, Middle East and expands the relationship with AspenTech.
