Hyperion Systems Engineering - Managing Director of CLR Technology Fund appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors of Hyperion

June 22, 2001 – NICOSIA, CYPRUS – Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd. announced the recent appointment of Andreas Koulinos, Managing Director of CLR Technology Fund as a member of its Board of Directors. Koulinos has extensive international experience in the information technology sector. He worked as MIS Manager for Ernst & Young (Australia), IT Consultant in PWC (Cyprus), IT Director and Consultant for Pepsi Cola International (Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe) and IT Director for the NKS Shacolas Group. During his career, he has managed the implementation of information technology systems in a number of sectors including finance, retail, distribution, logistics and e-commerce. He was also responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, undertaking systems evaluations and selection and evaluating technology investment opportunities. Andreas Koulinos is a member at the Board of Directors of several private companies. He has a BEcon (Accounting) degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
