June 2000: Hyperion Systems Engineering S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd., was established and registered in Greece. Today, at the offices of Hyperion in Greece operates a team of over 30 professionals from the Sales, Dynamic Simulation, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Business Units.
December 2000: Hyperion acquires Apola Human Solutions, one of the leading Recruitment companies in Cyprus. Since 1997 Apola had been responsible for the recruitment of most of Hyperion's staff and today, in addition to its business activities in the market, Apola functions as the internal HR Business Unit of the company.
August 2002: Hyperion Systems Engineering Co. WLL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd., was established and registered in Manama, Bahrain. The Middle East office of Hyperion begins with activities and capability from the Advanced Process Control, Supply Chain Management and Dynamic Simulation Business Units.
January 2003: Hyperion acquires Broner Metals Solutions Ltd., a company in metal business concentrating in the development and implementation of advance planning & scheduling software specifically designed for the metal industry. The acquisition enables Hyperion to expand into new markets, provide even greater value to companies in the process industry, improving their profitability by increasing their operational efficiency.
Presence in Russia: OOO Hyperion Systems Engineering (RUS), incorporated in Moscow in 2003, is a subsidiary of Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd. Hyperion Strategic upgrade presence in the Russia and CIS market, with the launch of a Russia based company, responsible for the complete range of business activities of AspenTech, including sales of software licenses and services for project implementation as well as user support and maintenance.
Presence in India: Hyperion Systems Engineering (India) Private Limited was established in July 2003 as an operational facility. This project execution center in Pune, India, will support the expansion plans and needs of Hyperion to provide better services to our clients around the globe.
