Head of Maintenance

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to have the responsibility and confidence to:
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance plans.
- Trouble shoot of all machinery/ equipment.
- Maintain mechanical and pneumatic automations.
- Maintain Health and Safety plans.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Order spare parts and equipment necessary to carry tasks.
- Keep relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Qualification in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum three year of relevant experience.
- Project engineering experience.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 will be considered an advantage.
- Disciplined and committed with a flexible approach.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience of managing people.
- Strong computer skills. CAD knowledge will be a plus.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
