  • Provide high level administrative support to the management
  • Manage the team’s calendar for effective planning and control
  • Arrange travel and exhibition logistics, schedule and reservations
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Draft, prepare, distribute and follow-up with various correspondence
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations
  • Carry out research and write reports on behalf of the management


Requirements
  • High school Diploma or higher education (strongly preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint (required)
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Fluent in French and/or Arabic (strongly preferred)
  • Relevant experience
  • Customer focused with attention to detail
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player and ability to work effectively under pressure and perform duties with speed and accuracy without constant supervision
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision making
