Reporting to one of the Directors of the company, the individual to be appointed will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR policies and procedures of the company. Additionally, the main responsibilities will include:
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Training and Development
  • Performance Appraisals
  • Staff Benefits and rewards
  • Internal Communication


Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a managerial position in the area of human resource management.
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure the HR direction is compatible with company’s strategic and operational plans.
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships.
  • Superb negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a team working style.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexible, able to work on a hands on level.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the Greek and English languages.
